R&D of new product – Pedestrian protection

Europe and Japan have  issued regulations to enhance protection for pedestrians.

At present, the pedestrian protection technology has a pedestrian protection airbag and pop-up cabin cover. A pedestrian protective airbag can be mounted on the bumper and windscreen.

flip-up cabin cover can prevent the occupant's head from hitting the engine on a hard object.

In the front end of the vehicle mounted a pedestrian detection sensor, the system will start the pedestrian protection device when detecting collision.
