Test center – Parts test lab

The laboratory has professional skills and practical experience for parts structure, performance and other aspects of the test parts, to conduct a comprehensive inspection and analysis for the technical indicators of the various parts of the airbag and to ensure product quality to meet customer requirements.

Static deployment test of module;

Safety belt dynamic test;

Environmental tests: high and low temperature, hot and humid, salt fog, dust, vibration, light;

Performance tests: generator pressure vessel test, airbag burst test, tear joint fatigue test, tear joint strength test, electrical performance test, drop test, acoustic laboratory;

Physical and chemical tests: adhesion test, abrasion resistance test, flexural test, corrosion resistance test.
