Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop a structural optimization plan based on the customer's technical requirements and the supervisor's instructions.
2. The organization and members of the leading group will establish corresponding simulation analysis models based on the project’s customer data, design inputs, and requirements, and then propose improvement plans according to the analysis results.
3. The organization and the leadership team members will analyze and review the above simulation results based on the component test outcomes.
4. Effectively validate the structure and functionality of the new product.
Job Qualifications:
1. Male candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanics, or Mechanical Engineering; must have at least 5 years of experience in airbag and component simulation work.
2. Proficiently use pre-processing software (such as ANSA, Hypermesh, Primer) and folding software (like sim-folder) to perform folding modeling and model setup for various airbags (D, P, S, C, etc.). Additionally, possess the ability to apply LS-Dyna and Pam-Crash software for simulation benchmarking of different airbags (D/P/S/C), including static deployment and line-pull simulations, with a line-pull simulation benchmarking accuracy score (CORA rating) of at least 0.9.
3. Possess expertise in airbag subsystem modeling, as well as the ability to perform component strength and stiffness verification, simulation analysis, and optimization.
