1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Vehicle Engineering, with 5–10 years of experience in new technology development and management. Candidates should have a technical research background relevant to the automotive industry, such as gas generators, safety systems, airbags, seat belts, new energy technologies, and autonomous driving systems. Familiarity with emerging trends in automotive technology—such as smartization, electrification, and connectivity—is also required.
1. Responsible for monitoring industry development trends and the group’s projects requiring further research, preparing regular reports to be submitted to the Minister. Also responsible for initially outlining the development plans for self-proposed projects and presenting them to the Minister for approval.
2. Prepare a budget for funding allocation to the self-forecasting project.
3. Develop the development timeline and budget for commissioned projects and submit them to the Minister for review; also, determine the resource requirements for these projects and present them to the Minister for approval.
4. Responsible for organizing the preliminary review of project proposals; and responsible for compiling a list of projects identified as potentially risky, based on the progress of project milestones.
5. Regularly summarize the historical quality data of products and core components (including after-sales records, development change logs, etc.), and as required, optimize the design of existing platform products and complete verification of platform updates/iterations.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Vehicle Engineering, with 5–10 years of experience in new technology development and management. Candidates should have a technical research background relevant to the automotive industry, such as gas generators, safety systems, airbags, seat belts, new energy technologies, and autonomous driving systems. Familiarity with emerging trends in automotive technology—such as智能化 (smartization), 电动化 (electrification), and 网联化 (connectivity)—is also required.
2. Candidates with interdisciplinary or cross-domain collaboration experience are preferred, particularly those familiar with emerging technologies such as autonomous driving algorithms, connected vehicle technologies, and artificial intelligence.
3. Possess a certain level of technical innovation capability, emphasize teamwork, and drive preliminary research on new technologies.
