1. Responsible for improving and tracking quality issues related to supplier products during receiving, production, and at the customer’s site; also oversees the organization of relevant supplier quality meetings. 2. Manages annual supplier audits, product audits, and D-audits, preparing comprehensive audit reports as needed. 3. Ensures follow-up, verification, and proper archiving of supplier self-audit results. 4. Participates in the evaluation and approval process for new supplier onboarding. 5. Oversees the signing of supplier quality agreements and annual quality objectives, while conducting monthly quality performance reviews and communicating findings to suppliers. 6. Coordinates incentive-based assessments for handling quality issues arising from supplier deliveries. 7. Develops and implements supplier quality improvement plans, ensuring their effective execution. 8. Organizes quality training sessions specifically tailored for suppliers. 9. Prepares and submits annual supplier type-testing plans, reviews corresponding type-test reports, and tracks the annual testing outcomes of supplier-provided components. 10. Engages in the review and assessment of supplier change initiatives. 11. Approves PPAP documentation for new and modified supplier parts. 12. Establishes and updates visual inspection standards for purchased components. **Job Requirements:** 1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering-related fields. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office software; strong knowledge of supplier quality management practices, including VDA 6.3/6.5 and 8D methodologies, along with familiarity in IATF 16949 quality system standards and advanced quality tools such as MSA, PPAP, SPC, APQP, and FMEA. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills are essential. 3. Strong English-speaking abilities for effective communication in a professional setting.
