Customer Quality Engineer

1. Responsible for coordinating, tracking, and providing feedback on general quality requirements raised by customers. 2. Responsible for submitting the annual type-test report to clients. 3. Handles customer feedback regarding product quality issues by coordinating with relevant parties, assigning internal team members to resolve problems, monitoring progress, reviewing and submitting issue analysis reports to customers. 4. Oversees the monitoring of zero-kilometer defects and key quality metrics at the customer end, maintains a dedicated record of customer-reported quality issues, and updates and manages the historical database of past defects. 5. Organizes reviews, signings, and archiving of customer quality agreements and objectives. 6. Manages project development-related quality tasks, including preparing and maintaining project incoming and outgoing inspection control plans, drafting part and finished-product inspection standards, collecting and submitting PPAP documents for new and modified products to obtain customer approval, conducting new-product measurement system analyses, planning project-specific gauges and fixtures, reviewing and approving fixture designs, overseeing supplier-provided PPAP samples, conducting small-batch trial production sample inspections, managing customer approvals for finished-product appearance samples, performing PV component inspections, ensuring timely sample submissions and follow-ups, initiating GP12 processes for new products, finalizing annual type-test outlines, and submitting the corresponding annual type-test reports. Additionally, participates in DR/PR stage reviews during project development and confirms packaging solutions for purchased components. 7. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 8. Proficient in the five core quality tools. 9. Fluency in English communication is preferred.
