Job Responsibilities: 1. Participate in design reviews during product and project development, providing guidance or suggesting improvements to ensure that designs meet both customer requirements and quality standards. 2. Offer technical support to the project team, including analyzing issues and proposing optimized solutions or strategies. 3. Mentor and oversee the development of new products within the team, conducting thorough reviews of related product drawings and performing technical evaluations. 4. Organize, coordinate, and monitor the progress of product development initiatives to enhance project quality and deliver on time. 5. Lead innovation activities by facilitating the engineering application and implementation of new materials and technologies, developing VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) plans, and ensuring the timely achievement of the company’s annual VAVE targets. Qualifications: 1. Male candidate with a bachelor’s degree in an automotive or mechanical engineering-related field; minimum 6 years of experience in SW&DAB roles (prior experience working with joint-venture overseas clients is preferred). 2. Proficient in using CATIA and AUTO CAD for 3D/2D design, with strong capabilities in troubleshooting quality issues and possessing up-to-date industry knowledge in SW&DAB practices. 3. Fluent in English, capable of conducting technical discussions and exchanges with customers.
