On the afternoon of April 27, 2016, the Beijing Auto Show buzzed with excitement as the Wand Group showroom welcomed wave after wave of automotive industry executives and experts. Mr. Shen Yanan, co-founder of Car and Home, was invited by Mr. Zhao Chengming, General Manager of Jinheng, to visit the Wand Group booth and discuss business opportunities. During the meeting, General Manager Zhao provided an overview of Jinheng’s current status, along with insights into the automotive safety industry landscape and emerging development trends. Ultimately, both parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement, reaching the following key consensus: they would establish a comprehensive strategic partnership in the intelligent electric vehicle occupant restraint systems business—including products like airbags, steering wheels, seat belts, and airbag control units—as well as laboratory services such as market crash testing and component analysis. Additionally, they agreed to prioritize collaboration on future product and technology innovations, jointly developing cutting-edge automotive solutions that are not only globally competitive but also hold significant commercial value.
