Tire Pressure Monitoring System

The Tire Pressure Monitoring System is primarily designed to automatically monitor tire pressure in real time while the vehicle is in motion, alerting drivers to any abnormal tire conditions to ensure driving safety. The system uses pressure sensors installed inside each tire to directly measure tire pressure, temperature, and battery levels, displaying and continuously monitoring these parameters for all tires. If the tire pressure becomes too high, too low, if there’s rapid air loss, if temperatures rise excessively, or if the sensor assembly’s battery level drops critically, the system will automatically trigger an alarm. **Features:** - Automatic self-check upon startup - Low-pressure warning function - Overpressure warning function - Malfunction alert function - Real-time display of current tire pressure and temperature

      Function:

      Boot-up self-test function; undervoltage alarm function; overpressure tire alarm function; fault alarm function; real-time display of current tire pressure and temperature values; rapid deflation alarm function; high-temperature alarm function; sensors feature low-frequency activation detection; the system includes an optional manual control learning function; the system also boasts a low-power consumption mode.

      Features:

      Communication modes: CAN communication, LIN communication, and serial communication; fully meet the requirements of major automotive manufacturers.

      Controlling the tire's technical parameters within a reasonable range to prevent the risk of blowouts;

      Properly maintaining tires reduces wear and tear, which in turn helps lower fuel consumption and enhances driving safety.

Electronic Automotive Safety Restraint System – ECU & Sensors

The central controller serves as the brain of the airbag system, receiving signals from collision sensors and other input devices to determine whether to ignite and deploy the airbag. It also performs self-diagnosis to detect any system malfunctions. The central controller is composed of components such as the ignition controller, driver circuit, storage circuit, and diagnostic circuit. At the heart of the ignition controller lies the ignition control algorithm, which precisely determines the timing of airbag deployment and ensures robust performance even in challenging conditions like rough road surfaces—this is the core technology behind airbag control. Given the diverse structural designs of real-world vehicles and the varying characteristics of collisions they experience, numerous variations of the ignition control algorithm have been developed to seamlessly adapt to different scenarios.

Electronic Automotive Safety Restraint System – Curtain Airbag

The curtain airbag (CAB) covers the upper portion of the vehicle’s inner side panels, providing critical head protection for all occupants seated near the side in the event of a side-impact collision or rollover accident. Positioned above the door frames along the roof rails, the CAB’s coverage area can vary depending on the vehicle’s specific structure—ranging from the A-pillar to the C-pillar or even extending from the A-pillar to the D-pillar. The gas generator can either be mounted in the center of the airbag (closer to the B-pillar) or placed toward the rear end (near the C- or D-pillar). Once triggered by an ignition signal, the curtain airbag inflates within 25 milliseconds, shielding occupants from direct contact with external hard objects and significantly reducing the risk of head injuries.

Electronic Automotive Safety Restraint System – Driver-Side Airbag

Side Air Bags (SABs) are installed on the sides of car seats or inside the doors, providing critical protection to occupants' chests and heads during side-impact collisions. There are generally two main types of side airbags: one is a head-and-chest integrated design, primarily protecting both the chest and head areas; the other is a chest-only airbag, which mainly safeguards the chest, abdomen, and pelvic regions. When used in conjunction with side curtain airbags, these systems deliver exceptional protection. Upon receiving an ignition signal, side airbags rapidly inflate—typically within about 20 milliseconds—to cushion occupants and significantly reduce injury risks during side-impact crashes.
