Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in product development and design review activities during project development, providing guidance or suggesting areas for improvement to ensure that the design and development meet both customer requirements and quality standards.
2. Provide technical support to the project team, such as analyzing issues and proposing recommendations or solutions for optimization.
3. Guide or oversee the development of new products within this product group, and conduct drawing reviews and technical evaluations for related products.
4. Organize, coordinate, and oversee the progress of product development, while also enhancing the quality of project execution.
5. Organize and conduct technology innovation activities, facilitate the engineering application and commercialization of new materials and technologies, develop VAVE initiatives, and ensure timely completion of the company’s annual VAVE targets.
Job requirements:
1. Male candidate with a bachelor’s degree in an automotive or mechanical engineering-related field, possessing at least 6 years of experience in SW & DAB roles (prior experience in developing joint-venture overseas clients is preferred).
2. Proficient in using CATIA and AUTO CAD 3D/2D design tools, with strong capabilities in quality issue analysis and resolution, as well as a solid foundation of cutting-edge industry knowledge in the SW & DAB sector.
3. English can be used as a working language for technical communication with clients.
