1. Responsible for coordinating, tracking, and providing feedback on general quality requirements raised by customers;
2. Responsible for submitting the annual type test report to customers;
3. Responsible for coordinating customer feedback on product quality issues, assigning internal team members to address these issues, tracking the progress of problem resolution, reviewing and submitting issue analysis reports to customers, and more.
4. Responsible for monitoring customer-related zero-kilometer defects and quality metrics, maintaining a record of customer quality issues, and managing and reporting the historical database of identified problems.
5. Responsible for organizing the review, signing, and archiving of customer quality agreements and quality objectives.
6. Responsible for project development quality-related tasks, including preparing and maintaining project incoming and outgoing inspection control plans, part and finished-product inspection specifications, collecting and submitting PPAP documents for new and modified products to obtain customer approval, conducting new product measurement system analyses, planning project gauges and fixtures, overseeing the design, review, and acceptance of dedicated inspection tools, performing PPAP sample sealing for purchased components, approving small-batch trial production samples and customer-approved finished-product appearance samples, conducting PV component inspections, managing sample submissions and follow-ups, initiating GP12 for new products, and coordinating the signing of annual type-test outlines as well as ensuring timely submission of annual type-test reports. Additionally, participate in DR/PR stage reviews throughout the project development process and confirm packaging solutions for purchased parts.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
8. Familiar with the five major quality tools;
9. English communication is preferred;
