From November 26 to November 30, the 13th International Symposium and Exhibition on Automotive Passive Safety Technologies was held grandly in Mannheim, Germany—a premier global event in the automotive passive safety industry, renowned for its cutting-edge technological insights and widely recognized as the go-to gathering for leading manufacturers of both active and passive car safety systems worldwide. Internationally acclaimed automotive component giants such as Continental, Bosch, Autoliv, KSS, and ZF all attended the conference. Meanwhile, Jinzhou Jinheng Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd., a homegrown brand specializing in passive restraint systems, also made a notable appearance at the exhibition.
This year's exhibition saw the Jinheng booth reach the scale and presentation standards typically associated with international giants. Throughout the event, the booth attracted a steady stream of industry peers and clients eager to visit, exchange ideas, and explore collaboration opportunities. Not only did this highlight Jinheng's robust R&D capabilities, but it also significantly boosted the company's global visibility within the industry—and, importantly, laid a solid foundation for expanding into international markets.
Li Zaijia, Technical Director of Jinzhou Jinheng; Sun Chenglin, Director of International Markets; Yin Gang, Head of the Second Engineering Department; Xu Hua, Deputy Director of the Marketing Department; and Project Manager Xu Yin attended the exhibition as representatives. During this year’s Airbag Expo, Jinheng’s Technical Director, Li Zaijia, delivered a compelling technical presentation, introducing Wand Group and Jinheng Company. The highlight of his talk was the innovative technology behind the external pull straps used in occupant airbag inflators. These external straps play a critical role by enabling the airbag to deploy in staged phases during inflation, significantly enhancing its ability to protect occupants. Li’s passionate speech earned enthusiastic applause from the audience, while also serving as an excellent promotional platform for both Wand Group and Jinheng Company!
This exhibition brought together numerous airbag manufacturers and suppliers of airbag-related components, each showcasing their unique technological strengths as well as outlining the future directions of innovation in the industry. The airbag sector still has a long way to go, but Jinheng Company is poised to lead the domestic market—and ultimately help China's airbag industry soar onto the global stage!
